Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These terms form an agreement between you and Your legal entity, Your registered address. By creating an account or using RemoveMark, you accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Contact: legal@example.com.

2. Service

RemoveMark checks supported signals in text, images and video and can attempt to clean selected markers. Detection includes heuristics and may be inconclusive; a clean result is not a guarantee that every watermark or provenance signal has been removed. Availability of media types can be changed through feature flags when a pipeline does not meet its release gate.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid features are for people who can legally enter the purchase agreement in their jurisdiction.

4. Your content and authority

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us only the limited right to process and temporarily store it to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to alter it. Removing attribution, rights-management information or provenance signals unlawfully is prohibited.

5. Tokens, subscriptions and payments

Stripe processes payments. The price, included tokens, billing interval and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to the order. One accepted cleaning operation currently reserves one token. A token is returned when processing reaches a final failure; duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate charges or credits. Subscription allowances and expiry rules are shown with the selected plan.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Additional eligibility, exclusions and request steps are described in the Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation affects future billing as described at the time of cancellation.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend use that is unlawful, abusive, threatens the platform or violates these terms. You can request account deletion in settings. Required financial and security records may be retained after account data is anonymized.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted for maintenance or failures outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and governing rules

We will publish material changes with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. The operator must configure the governing-law and dispute details appropriate to its registered jurisdiction before launch.
